Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure Trade License, Factory License, Fire License and other’s License validity & renew.
• Monitoring & ensure all employees attendance and leave.
• Write deferment Note, Office Order & Other official Letters.
• Ensuring that everyday outside welding, cutting, and fire hazard related works firefighting is ensured or not. Ensuring employee welfare as per company policy
• Checking all the vehicles under company logistics and administrative department that they are running in a proper way and are they enlisting in log book or not and also checking every paper of vehicles as an example blue book, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance, road permit is rightly in the vehicle or not.
• Monitoring all securities duties.
• Monitoring all factory side cleaning.
• Checking all local bill.
• All Procedure Local Labor/worker Recruitment & Joining.
• Maintain all staff’s personnel file.
• Check list all license copy and arrange renew.
• Checking & Filling all new employees’ documents.
• Entry all employees leave, tour to Manual & HR Software.
• Received & Issue all Material as per requisition.
• Ensure all Production & Delivery as per required.
• Buildup Public relationship.
• Warehouse (Enterprise Business):
* Maintain receipt and issue the record of products as per procedure/ with software.
* Prepare and maintain delivery challan.
* Properly maintain Material received and ensure entry into Register book
* Receive all Material and other deliveries with proper and complete documentation
* Ensure maintenance of materials using the FIFO system.
* I am control inventory levels by conducting physical counts & Maintain SKU wise
BIN Card.
* Maintaining stock level of the physical VS System through proper inventory management.
* Maintain register showing the latest quantity of each material with the date of expiry.
* Any other responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

• Everyday ensuring that by shift every officer, employee and labors are on duty or not and checking the register that if their name is enlisted in the register or not.
• Every hour checking the main gate that all the works are working fluently or not. And anything in disciplined found there then taking action by discussing with the Factory Head.
• Checking the overtime register every day and manpower is enlisted that way or not.
• Maintain Leave Register all Officer.
• Ensuring that everyday outside welding, cutting, and fire hazard related works firefighting is ensured or not. Ensuring employee welfare as per company policy
• Ensure that every security guard is well uniformed and their working equipment with them and ensuring them.
• Checking all the vehicles under company logistics and administrative department that they are running in a proper way and are they enlisting in log book or not and also checking every paper of vehicles as an example blue book, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance, road permit is rightly in the vehicle or not.
• Ensure every product that has been produced in factory and maintaining their security and alongside they are entering into the store as per policy or not.
• Ensuring that without delivery people no people can enter into delivery point.
• Contact with logistics department to ensure own transport and contractual transport to sales and marketing department and ensuring vehicle and commanding the necessary steps to him.
• Correspondence & Maintain all corporate and administration related (soft & hard copy) document.
• Ensure of all staffs /workers & officers personnel File.
• Attendance, leave, salary & wages management.
• Write deferent Note, Office Order & Other official Letters.
• Monitoring Families & Bachelors Quarters & allotments, ordered by Factory Head.
• Prepare vigilance duty roster & co-ordinate with Factory vigilance team & assist the Factory Head.
• Monitoring of all compliance & HR work with checklist.
• Public relations assist to General Manager/Project Director.
