BINDING:These Terms and Conditions (as they may be amended from time to time by JobDorkar Ltd.), together with your Advertising and Candidate Search Service Agreement (if applicable), form a binding agreement between you and Job Dorkar Ltd. Your access to or use of the JobDorkar.com Web Sites or Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are agreeing to use this website at your own risk.
CONNECTING WITH JOB SEEKER AND EMPLOYER:We build a connection between the job seeker and the job holder. We help the people to get a job very easily with their expectation. We also help the Business Owner to get their desired person for their vacant post.
DECLARATION OF JOB SEEKER’S:I hereby agree all terms & condition laid down by Job Dorkar Limited, in order to place me or provide me a suitable job. I also authorized JobDorkar Limited for downloading my CV/ Curriculum Vitae by any Recruiting Agency/Organization/Company/Person for interview purpose.
After I receive my employment, Job Dorkar Limited will have no other responsibilities toward me. I will deliver my utmost obedience to my employer. I will demonstrate my sincere and diligent behavior towards my job. During my service period if I involved in any kinds of anti-social and anti- law activities in the future, then I will be responsible for it, Job Dorkar Limited Authority will not be responsible for my any mischief.
DECLARATION OF EMPLOYER’S:Job Dorkar Limited is a leading Online Job Portal in Bangladesh. We are mainly engaged with HR Management Consultancy (Employment Solution) which supports companies providing them suitable employee(s) as per their requirements.
Since Job Dorkar Limited is an established skilled worker/employee provider, we are keen to work with them with full confidence and trust. We will follow all terms of JobDorkar Limited in hiring employees for our needs. At the same time JobDorkar Limited will also respect our conditions and follow in the interest of our mutual benefit.
When hiring, JobDorkar Limited will carry out all formalities required to recruit an employee and send him/her to us for our final selection. Once we decide to hire such person, we will immediately inform Job Dorkar Limited to prepare the person and we will forward the appointment letter to them. JobDorkar Limited will send the person to us to join for work. After joining the employee to our Office, we will pay 25% amount of each appointed employee’s First Month Salary for the Service Charge of JobDorkar Limited. Once the person starts working with us, Job Dorkar Limited will have no further responsibilities or to be held for any misconduct or subversive activities of the person concerned.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITES AND SERVICES THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS:You acknowledge and agree that Job Dorkar Ltd. may provide the Services using third party providers, including subcontractors and consultants. You agree that, as between Job Dorkar Ltd. and its Third Party Providers, Job Dorkar Ltd. will have sole responsibility for handling all billing and contract negotiations.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Job Dorkar Ltd.'s Liability:Allocation of Responsibility JobDorkar assumes no responsibility for Documents posted by Users and no responsibility for the activities, omissions or other conduct of Users. JobDorkar acts as a portal for the online distribution and publication of User submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring Documents posted by Users. If notified by a User of a Document which allegedly does not conform to these Terms and Conditions, JobDorkar may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Document. Job Dorkar Ltd. has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Job Dorkar Ltd. may take any action with respect to User submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion.
