Junior Executive- Inventory Management (Store)
• Leading the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage & issuance the General items (Stationery, confectionery, cleaning), Maintenance items (electrical, mechanical, civil), needles, sewing machine spare parts, chemicals, productions related items, printing items and office accessories as per company policy.
• Maintain full factory Budget.
• To follow-up overall physically & systematically inventory management.
• Prepare the PR (Purchase Requisition) for whole factory as per their department requirement.
• Submit the PR near to Purchase Procurement team by mail with keeping concern persons.
• Follow up for required items so that all items are in-house on time at factory
• After receiving goods as per challan wise, create GRN by company software (SAP).
• Materials receiving and prepare MRR bin card, SIV issue & reporting of stock. Ensure development and management of materials planning.
• Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items; responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping.
• Participate in physical inventories by counting stocks.
• All item's stock check systematically to physically on weekly, monthly & yearly.
• To ensure goods keep & distribute by FIFO & LIFO method.
• To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
• Oversee the transportation of goods from production site to consumer to client.
• Proper goods distribution and follows up.
• All documents with invoice hand over to Finance team after completing Audit verification.
• Creating material code & online PR (Purchase Requisition) of required items by SAP software.
• Creating online Gate Pass (Sample, Service, Vendor etc.) as per company policy.
• Coordinating with Factory Production related people.
