Officer Take initiative to dispense materials as per Formulation Order generated by Production Department following First In First Out rule. In some cases First Expired First Out should be followed. Take shortest time for proper dispensing. Monitor all activities of warehouse viz., material receiving, GRN preparation, keeping the materials in their correct location, confirming that every material contains its status lable, dispensing of materials, keeping stock register up to date, preparing material location chart etc. Prepare all necessary documents related with the activity of warehouse viz, Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, different formats etc. Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness at warehouse. Train the junior colleagues of Warehouse on their responsibility. Develop the immediate junior colleague of Warehouse Junior Officer Warehouse so that in emergency situation he can run the activity consulting with Director, plant.
