1. Maintain the total amount of sale of bi-product.
2. Co-ordinate with bi-product selling party and company.
3. Negotiating and maintaining the price list of bi-product.
4. Maintain store inventory and other capacity of bi-product.
5. Receiving any kinds of birds/goat/cattle and examine the quality.
6. To ensure total weight carcass of the cattle /Goat for making BOQ.
7. Co-ordinate with QA Department for the best quality of by-product.
8. To make a budget list with earning and expense of bi-product department.
9. Make sure produce quality full quantity bi-product and arrange them to sale.
10. Establish and make sure the training procedure with my sub-ordinate about bi-product.
11. Supervised any kinds of production work which are related with consumer of by-product.
