IT Officer
Providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware, encompassing
workstations and LAN/WAN communication (wired and wireless) infrastructures, such as Routers,
Switches, Hubs, Access Points etc. in occasion of hardware/software failure. Also setting up and
maintaining domain, DNS, DHCP, mail and FTP severs.
User administration (setup and maintaining account), maintaining system and verifying that peripherals are
working properly.
Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.
Updating system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
CCTV System (DVR, Camera), Face Detector Attendance machine, PA system configure & maintenance.
PABX, IP PBX maintenance.
Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions. Recording and detailing operational
procedures and system logs.
Providing support for ERP software such as User account create, Access level maintain, Add or remove
module etc.
Arrange training session for ERP software user and trained them basic of this software.
Basic training of all Computer user to knowing them IT policies.

Provide technical support to all staff.
Play a proactive role in the delivery of the school’s ICT Strategy.
Ensure all Service Desk jobs are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner consistent with the School’s
Helpdesk Service Delivery Standards.
Assist in the management and use of hardware including laptops, tablets, digital cameras and video cameras,
data projectors, and phone systems.
Assisting in configuration, deployment and maintenance of a Netizen or BD-Pencil Operating Environment .
Organise warranty and non-warranty repairs as required.
Develop and maintain documentation and electronic resources to promote the use of ICT.
Follow service management procedures including communication, change management, outage notifications,
and others as per the School’s Helpdesk Service Delivery Standards.
Maintain accurate asset records of any equipment owned or purchased by the School.
