• Support for Payroll Management payment sheet (salary & wages, Salary Certificates, allowance & Incentive, Commission, etc.
• Prepare various types of Corporate HR Related Letters like Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Experience, Resignation Invitation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
• Development & update manpower planning and forecasting.
• Follow-up, monitoring and make requisition for any requirement of HRMS.
