Duties / Responsibilities (Admin):
1. Maintaining appropriate Management System of the Company by following
Updated of Attendance, Leave, Over Time and Disciplinary Management
System of the Company.
2. Making all correspondences related to Administration of the Company.
3. Maintaining Employee Personnel Files, Office Files, Deeds and Documents
Etc. In appropriate manner.
4. Provide full support to the Recruitment & Selection process; Job Ad
Placement, CV collection, Screening, Call for interview, Interview
5. Induction with related staffs and departments.
6. Employee relationship & communication Management.
7. Appropriate Service related to Employees of the Company including
Compliance, Compensation, Benefit, Staff Welfare etc.
8. Arranging any kind of board meeting and Seminar and preparing related
9. Maintaining the company’s vehicle service (Fuel Costing, Update Tax token,
Fitness & Insurance, Keeping Mileage Record, Insurance Claim etc.)
10. Prepared all the documents regarding international courier
11. Arraigning accommodation for foreign guest and provide them others
Facilities as per company system.
12. Time to time report submit to authority.
13. Checking Annual Performance evaluation and recommendation.
14. Doing Other Duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
