I started my career with the institution as an office executive. As an office Executive I have to perform following responsibilities:
• Management aspect of the school.
• Frequent call and made presentation to guardian.
• Develop relation with existing guardian.
• Prepare management tools for the school and adaptation.
• Assist top management to prepare annual plan, marketing and Budget etc.
• To Keep proper communication with the present and potential guardian via e-mail, letters, telephone, and personal visit time to time.
• Drafting various offer letter / office notice to potential & existing clients.
• Prepare script of various media program and made all arrangement.
Then I was promoted as an Assistant Manager and working in this institution and in the below the synopsis of gathered experience is given:
Administrative & HR Activities:
• Responsible for necessary documentation (incoming and outgoing) of the institution Papers.
• Maintain and control all admin issues i.e. office management tasks, Utility service, office equipments etc.
• Maintain of employee record and prepare and submit monthly report to the management.
• Communicate with different Govt. & Non govt. educational institutions.
• Arranging high level meeting and preparation and circulation of meeting minutes.
• Arranging different types of cultural program and Event management.
Accounts:
Helping the accounts department in making different kinds of Accounts Report i.e. preparation of Budget, Audit Report, Bank Statement, Income Statement, Payment & Receipt schedule etc. and giving direction on that.
