Chaity Composite Ltd

Sr. Merchandiser In last 5 years, have deal about $40 million FOB & DAT from nearly 20 million pcs of different knitwear in approximately 200 styles. Provides input to merchandising head on order status and supplier capabilities. Responsible for assigned product areas and being the key communicator within the product category in the location. Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities, development, costing, order confirmation and production tracking & executions. Track the pre-production fabrics & trims with the material team, sample development, and ensure matching of samples against required specifications and quality standard. Track orders and forecast delays and prevent it or minimize its problems. Proactively identify all production related problems. Keeps abreast of changing customer needs. Identify and diagnose production problems and work with suppliers to present alternatives to both buyers and managers. Supervises assistant merchandisers and monitors order-tracking activities to meet quantity, quality and order.

VIYELLATEX GROUP

Sr. Executive On those 1.5 years, had deal about $20-$22 million FOB from more than 5-6 million pcs of knitwear in more than 180 styles. As a Sr. Executive at Viyellatex it’s the key work to raise products within short time & within competitive prices considering coustomer retail price margins. Plan for seasonal collection of products & arrange styles for selection meeting to be ordered. Inform vendor's status, price options & risk assessments to buying team. Also following up the samplings & materials supply chain, production progress & forecast risks on bulk, quality status, smooth on time delivery to stores & all reports upload to SAP System.

Asst. Merchandiser On those 2.5 years, had deal about $15-$16 million FOB from more than 4 million pcs of knitwear in approximately 250 styles. Sampling follow up, Prepare consumption sheet, Prepare fabrics, trims & accessories booking sheet, Daily Production report collect, Follow up with the TNA. Co-ordinate with Sr. merchandiser.
