Execution and maintain production quality according to requirement. Preparing daily, monthly and yearly chemical, material consumption and production report.Controlling of manpower &provide instructions to the staffs for proper utilization of workers. To train up the staff & workers regarding product quality as per RQS & QMS policy. Maintain compliance issues and collaborates with other department as per requirement. Ensure non-wash defect and damage garments before starting the process. Documenting the wash recipe of the developed sample. Supervising the total pre production process of wet.
