I have joined as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) at Digicon Technologies Limited in
Grameenphone Process from 23 June 2016 to 19 January 2018 & then I promote as CSS (
Customer Service Specialist ) from 23 January 2018 to 03 April 2018.Here I serve 121 Star
Customer & 222 Hotline High Value Customer in Premium Process.
Here is my responsibilities are,
*Answered many numbers of phone calls every day, *Give solution to customers over the
phone, by checking their problems using system tools and accordingly give them solution. *If
we didn’t provide instant solution we collect data and send them to the back end for the better
solution.

19. Design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency
by using drafting tools and computer.
20. Study or analyze the system gap and lead event to continuous improvement.
21. Lead and coordinate production department to achieve target.
22. Provide cost production system to the floor.
23. Review production schedules, engineering specification, orders and related information
to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods procedure and activities.
24. Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design
standards.
