Assistant Engineer  Achieves electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.  Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.  Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.  Troubles shoot all electrical and mechanical problems of PLC and Robotics based machines.  A Successfully installation of Jet detergent additional project (Project Value = BDT 15 Corer) completed all Erection and Commissioning and increasing production of 02 Metric Tons/ day.  Monitoring a team of 100 people & assuring smooth production for 5MT detergent powder/day.  I have ability to done the operation and maintenance of General Electricity BBT system, sub- station 800 KVA, Diesel and Gas Generator 650 KW, Air Compressor 74 KW, Boiler, Central AC, Cooling Tower, Central UPS, WTP, Fire detection and protection System, Fire Fighting System, Solar system and CC camera etc.  Methodical knowledge to maximize production in according with the operational capability of the plant. Project completed:  Installation of PLC based high speed packaging machine (Rovema, Hassia, Santung and Pakona etc).  Japan based formula improved JET detergent new manufacturing line design and install.  Factory under CC camera installation work completed.  Done all ISO work and get its certified.

Production Supervisor  Perform effective troubleshooting & problem solving of electrical control & automation systems in the areas of production lines, utilities & industrial services.  Ensure food safety and trouble-free production operation through Effective coordination with Production and QEHS team.  Maintain all machineries of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production.  Carry out planning of new electrical installation & maintaining the existing ones.  Follow ISO 9001:2015 for maintaining the production Quality Management System.  Review raw material and finished goods inventory controls to assure timeliness and accuracy of all inventory.  Supervising and monitoring to production related subordinated to full fill production target.  Identify areas of potential improvement in plant existing processes and workflows provide solution.
