Lead the SBC team to achieve monthly 6k+ quantity & Smartphone value target and ensuring maximum productivity in the SBC outlet
Prepare daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as per the requirement
Ensure efficient regional SBC activities by monitoring attendance, low performing outlets etc.
Provide route training related product and sales to maximize sales
Execution of trade & consumer offer in the region through the SBC team to achieve expected target
Coordinate with the Channel sales team to maximize the regional retail business by developing relationship with key stakeholder to ensure secondary & tertiary sellout.
