Yearly:  Annual HC Budgeting, Annual Performance appraisal.  Develop JD and Set KPI for new designated employee’s (if any) of Factory.  Establish Grievance channel and grievance handling and disciplinary action procedure.  Establish Employee Relations Wing, Establish T&D Wing., Succession Planning.
