• #1: Effective and efficient Management of Warehouse Facilities:
• Undertaking or supervising the set-up, renovation and restore of warehouse areas
• Maintaining the device listing at the warehouses
• Assessing the desires for logistical equipment and ensuring proportional allocation
• Carrying out an stock and reporting at the state of upkeep of assets on arrival and departure
• Provide advice on storage needs and if vital become aware of new warehousing places
• Supervision of the energy sources and vehicle fleet management: renovation, making plans, monitoring charges, administrative elements (insurance, documentation)
• Contribute closer to security management
• #2: Supervise and support the warehouse Team:
• Defining the Human Resources needs in his/her place of hobby and producing the organizational chart of his/her group
• Asking part in the recruitment of his/her groups
• Organizing and leading crew conferences
• Working out and monitoring person action plans for team members
• Managing planning operations, task sharing and coordination of work
• Providing for assessment interviews for crew participants
• Providing technical assist to the teams
• Identifying the schooling needs of team members
• Devising, organizing and leading training periods
• Managing difficulties within the crew
• Maintain LIFO, FIFO
