Job Description
 

Responsibiities:
Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue. His responsibility to motivate the team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs. Also set and meet the revenue target for overall company.
 

Activities:
-    Plan, Lead and motivate the current sale team to Generate Revenue.
-    Meet or exceed the Revenue target
-    Monitor and control the team
-    Set strategy and plan for other revenue stream like whole sale, supply contracting and corporate sale
-    Explore export opportunities.
-    Prepare the sale forecast and variance report on Target vs Actual
-    Generate Ideas to increase revenue. 
 

Requirement:
-    Minimum 3 (Three) years in the related field.
-    Good Communication Skill
-    Target Oriented Mindset
 

Salary:
-    30,000/- to 40,000/- depending on the experience and efficiency 
-    3 (Three) months provision period
