Position: “SALES EXECUTIVE”
Post: 05 (Five)
Office Location: Dhaka Division.
Deadline: August 07, 2023
We are seeking a highly skilled Website & POS Software “SALES EXECUTIVE” to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Selling the Website & POS software and make the deal successful.
You will work closely for assess the customer requirements, their needs, help the development team to configure the Website & software, and provide the support to the clients.
About The Job & Responsibilities:
A. Creating a methodical, data-driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals for the region.
B. It will be an individual contributor role. Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base, and generate new revenue.
C. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses
D. Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
E. Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
F. Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.
G. Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
H. Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
I. Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
J. Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
K. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
L. Present/communicate company solutions, products and services to potential clients
M. Trusted advisor - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of account requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise)
N. This may include development of a marketing and sales strategy for presentation to clients describing products and services available
O. Present products and services to new accounts. Close sales in a consultative, longer sales cycle, higher price point environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Information Technology/BBA/related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
1+ years of experience in software marketing, preferably in the Website & POS software, retail industry.
Proven experience developing and executing successful sales & implementation that generate leads and revenue.

Website & POS Industry knowledge & the Product knowledge is the must.
