Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage client relationships, negotiations, and high-value deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
• Provide regular performance analysis and insightful recommendations.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Monitor competitors and provide market insights to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Oversee the development and execution of sales budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.

• Have to smart, good looking, energetic, self-motives and ambitions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Communication skill oral fluently Bengali and English.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:

• At least 02 years.
