Job Context:
We are looking for ASM for sales & marketing consumers products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to open new dealer for sales and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with a good relationship.
2. Developing and setting sales and marketing plans.
3. Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.
4. To manage Team to meet sales and revenue targets.
5. To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealers for coverage.
6. Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
7. Follow up on all the sales and promotional activities.
8. Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.
9. Collect competitor’s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
10. Reducing the rate of  ‘damage products’
11. Monitor and lead respective Sales Representatives to achieve overall company goals.

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Not inside office (Market)

Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline
2. BBA/MBA in Marketing and Commerce Background will get preference.

Experience Requirement:
1. At least 5 year(s)
2. Only experienced in FMCG Candidates are allowed to apply
3. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales Reporting 

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
 Food and Beverage Products
 Hygiene Products

 Personal Care Products

Additional Requirements:
 Age at most 40 years
 Only experienced in FMCG allowed to apply.
