Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Files Submission, Application process in Portal and process of file Submission to embassy.
• Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face.
• Offer high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
• Work closely with the counselor to ensure that all assigned correctly and within agreed deadlines
• Prepare all the necessary visa application papers accurately
• Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates on the process and requirements
• Identifying problems and preparing effective solutions.
• Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.
• Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.

Additional Requirement:

•   Have to smart, good looking, energetic, self-motives and ambitions.
•   Age 25 to 35 years.
