Job Responsibilities:
- Strong phone and verbal communication of listening and speaking skill.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- You must have a good voice & convincing power over phone.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Should have good convincing skills.
