Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
  • Receiving all students, guests and clients at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them appropriately.
  • Follow up students calls time to time and record their message/conversation for admission.
  • Keep up to date with all official/business contact numbers.
  • Maintaining all incoming persons record, keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Candidate must have good computer literacy MS Office and Bangla Typing Sill.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
