This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Overall lead and operate the belting workshop to fulfill the sales order.
• Provide onsite service if required by sales team
• Have strong customer service mindset
• Supervising of technical staff
• Managing budgets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Technical knowledge: -Mechanical & electrical engineering,
• Problem-solving skills
• Team working skills

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical engineering
• Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical industry /BE with 3 years’ experience
• Strong on-hands capability
• Basic English communication skill is recommended, Chinese will be surplus.
• Able to lead whole workshop team in the future
• Integrity, open minded
• Over time working is required

Special Requirement:

This position will require 1 to 2 months training program in China.
