- Welcome all visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide necessary support to the existing and potential customers.
- Receive & register all letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
- Update all ledgers.
- Monitoring Inventory.
- Maintaining chalan/invoice.
- Receive all the calls with proper greetings and manner.
- Provide proper guidance to the visitors.
- Handle the Guests/Visitors most professionally with etiquette.
- Maintenance of Leave records to deal leave matters.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
