Job Context

• Looking For Educational Consultants for an international consultancy firm based on China. Mainly focused on admission with scholarships, Students and Agents, so prospective applicants should have good communication skills, self-confident and knowledgeable for pursuing students and guardians counseling in order to study in China.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to handle students and guardians with proper information.
• Capable to maintain a good relationship with students/parents & local/intl. agents.
• Applicants should have very good communication skills in Bengali & English with IT knowledge.
• Ability to take challenges to explore new opportunities and must have capability to work under pressure based on target.
• The Counsellor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capabilities to reach marketing goals.
• The applicant has to be prepared to go live on Facebook and shoot videos for Social Media as well.
• Applicants need to understand the queries received via Email properly and must know how to reply to it correctly.
• Have to reply in messenger, WhatsApp, IMO, Viber and must note every detail regarding the prospective student and parents after filtering and upload data to our online system.
• Convince clients by telemarketing with motivational capabilities.
• Maintain Strong communication with our China office to provide service and information for our Students/Agents.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 40 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Must be comfortable with appearing in videos for social media.
• Must know how to talk and convince over the phone.
• Have to finish every days work on time and update daily works to the authority.
