Job Responsibilities

• Able to process applications (for both student and Migration visas) from start to finish for China.
• Should have vast knowledge on documentation, application preparation and process of visa lodgment.
• Able to plan and execute events, fairs, and promotional activities.
• Maintaining relationships with partners, agents, and professional associates.
• Able to work as a team-member & be mentally prepared to be responsible for the operations of this local branch of the company.
• Will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client database of international students, facilitating their enrolment and admission to different Universities.
• The Job requires candidates to have very good command of the English Language.
• Capable of creating a solid relationship with a range of education partners.
• Able to provide education counselling for students to ensure the most appropriate course, country and university based on entry requirements and admissions procedures; Case and file management in accordance with agency procedure.
• Assist with developing a new relationship with providers (University Agreement).
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritize workload under pressure.
