  • Strong phone and verbal communication of listening and speaking skill.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • You must have a good voice & convincing power over phone.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
  • Should have good convincing skills.
