Job Summary

We a newly rising graphic design studio & print manufacturers with supplier’s company. Looking for an Executive to join with us to grow a Sale. Your main responsibilities will be creating a new Client (Sale our service or product), performing product demos, identify potential Corporate Clients, Responding to RFP, Bill or Payment collection with step by step reporting deals. all types of negotiation with prospects to shear with managing body and through the opportunity to pipeline of Client or customer meeting.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute cycle execution plan for our Design and printing service.
• You have to reign on your own initiative like you reign in the professional market. Highly Calculative, organized, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Manage client account from order inquiry to delivery, deal with client/customer independently for all the marketing activities including Price quoting, negotiation.
• Identify potential Corporate Clients (like Non-Govt. Organization / Private / MNC/ Agency) with Strong skills to build and grow up relationships with clients like a friendly warm handshake.
• Gather Bust Knowledge of industry and consumers extensively, work closely creative clients with Develop a proper channel in Non-Govt. organization/Private/Agency. Make appointments to visit corporate clients for sales drive and Ensure growth in sales revenue as well as high levels of client satisfaction.
• Keep liaison with management for all the marketing and sales activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & delivery planning. To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely order execution and delivery of the order.
• Co-ordinates with the management in the order to deliver an on-time delivery Work closely with to ensure give the best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production.
• Focus on new customer development as well as retention of existing clients.
• Collecting bills from clients.
• Daily prepare report as like- Bill or Payment Collection with sales and market reports Must target-oriented as requirements of management.

Employee Requirements

• Have good sound knowledge & experience in sales with an emphasis on graphic design studio service, printed materials & marketing solutions with costing & pricing process/procedure.
• must be an expert in sourcing new clients or customers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up, and communication with management.
• Ability to work independently with little or no instruction, as well as an ability to work in a team setting.
• Have a general knowledge of basic Computing like Mail, Browsing/ Searching, software such as Windows, MS Office with Excellent presentation.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate with major Marketing from any govt. approved universities home or abroad.
• Skills Required: Business Development, Sales Marketing

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Should have minimum relevant practical experience in any Design Provider company, a Printing company.
• Motivated driven attitude.
